  An absolutely terrible experience. My wife's windshield had a rock hit it that caused a crack. I contacted my insurance company, who recommended that Speedy Glass was the preferred company in my area, so I said sure and they patched me through to Bill Gibbons at Speedy Glass, who I spoke with on my way to work that morning. We got all the information set up for the following day sometime between 8am-2pm (couldn't get any more specific) for them to come to my office, which was not ideal but I was ok with it. The day the windshield was supposed to be replaced I called them at 2:30 saying that I hadn't heard from anyone and that my appointment was never booked. Even though I have the name of the person I spoke with at their company (who I was told was the manager), they are not doing anything to make the situation right. I can not stress how horrible it is to have a business drop the ball like this. Do not use Speedy Glass!

  The staff ordered the wrong size glass. Once it came in he blamed me for the measurement error. Then they told me I had to buy another piece of glass to get the right size. The manager did eventually order the right size without charging me, but it was a smaller piece. I ended up paying for the larger one and taking the smaller one home. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend them.

  Speedy Glass gave me a window of time from 1-4. They came to my location at 11am ("Speedy" early!). Our technician's name was Jeff, and he was amazing! He was so nice, very professional, and willing to do whatever he needed to do to get the job done. I work at a building with a parking structure, and glass companies are not allowed on the property, so we had to go onto a side street. Jeff even paid for the parking meters. Steve was the other technician that came to the job. He, too, was a very nice person and professional. Thanks guys for a job well done, and I will definitely use Speedy Glass again. I've always used another company for my glass repairs/replacements, but Speedy Glass is less expensive. I won't use "cheaper" because by all means, they are not "cheap"!

  I've been to them 3 times now for windshield chip repairs. They do the best job I've seen, never any legs of the spider chip still showing after repair. Of coarse always remember to seal the chip with tape or something right after you get it, because any moisture or dirt that get in the cracks increases the risk of breaking your windshield.

  They had me noted for an appointment that was one hour later than the appointment given on the phone. An employee told another it was "the customer's" error (which it wasn't). They made the appointment for this location, even though they knew I was calling their Scottsdale location--which I was told was closed AFTER I made the appointment. And, when I showed them the $100 Reward Coupon for Diamond Wireless on this page, I was told it was only $25. I didn't want to wait an extra 45 minutes and I didn't want them to use their offered mobile service. I did not have them replace the windshield, so I have no idea about the quality of that service. I just did not want to take the chance they would screw that up also! And, I don't like to patronize companies whose marketing and administrative staff are shoddy.
