  I tried to pay my Loan off early about two months after I got the loan, then they want to add extra charges instead of taking my Payoff cash ,smh, so I had to wait a whole Year due to me not being satisfied to Pay it Off in payments. What a Struggle when I had the money they didn't want to Accept it!

  4 stars for customer service, however the interest rate is insane if you don't pay off quickly
