  Sparkle is like a Black beauty supply store and offers so much more. Actually it is like a beauty and hair boutique. It has great hair care products that I look for to buy for my daughter. They also have a broad range of wigs, and I understand provide custom wigs, weaving, and have a professional make up artist on staff.
