  Sparkle Cleaners is Horrible !!! If you currently use or are deciding to use Sparkle Cleaners you need to read this!!! First of all, Go To Wolfe's Cleaners its not to far from sparkles and trust me, they will not be trying rip you off every chance they get. Secondly ,Why do you think Sparkles doesn't have a price board when it comes to alterations, dry cleaning and shoe repair? It's actually very simple, unless you're one of Ms.Gaye's friends, she will over charge you based on " if you look like you have money". I have seen this PERSONALLY firsthand. Thirdly, This company is not honest at all. I've seen this company damage shoes accidentally and when it's time for the owners to pick them up, Ms.Gaye will swear up and down they came in like that, and they need to pay all this extra money to fix the damage that happened on her time. The same can be said with the alterations and dry cleaning (Beware). And to end this review, I know all this specific details because my wife use to work there. We saw first hand everything Ms. Gaye was doing to her customers. When demanded to do the same, she decided to walk away from the company. Believe this or not, that's up to you. But this is my last warning BEWARE of the company.

  Love this place! Was looking for someone to take good care of a rush for two pair of slacks and they went out of their way to make sure things were done and even brought them to me due to the rush. Will be back next time I need downtown service.

  Had a button break before a meeting and they fixed right away. Very helpful and quick. Great customer service.

  Super sweet and helpful. A little pricey but very efficient and worth the cost.
