  This has got to be the worst and most unprofessional cleaners i have been to. My fiance dropped off some of my work jeans to get repaired on a Thursday and was told that it would be ready for pick up on Tuesday, when she showed up they told her the items were not ready due to a death in the family. They told her to come back the next day and that we would receive 20% off for our trouble. She actually gave them an extra day and returned on Thursday a week after the initial drop off and was given the same story. I understand family situations come up but when your running a business were people depend on your services you need to at least contact them and let them know there's going to be a hold up.
