::I've been using Sparkles Cleaners since I moved to Tucson years ago and I will never use this location again. They wrote on the pocket of my WHITE pants (because I didn't tell them to use a pin) with a black pen despite the fact that no other location has written on my clothing before - they all use pins. I also got my white pants back with a stain and returned to me in a worse and dirtier condition than when I dropped them off. I gave them a second star for getting the stain (that they put in) out for free, but my once bright white pants were still returned to me a second time with a dull ivory tinge.

::We were charged $8.50 for a linen cotton shirt. Regular price is $2 something. Never have I been charged this. I rarely give out low star reviews but when we talked to the manager she told us we should have asked. How could we ask when we didn't know. Of you're going to charge 4 as much then you should let customers know. T
