Love this place. Great services which my group and I thoroughly enjoyed. Cordial and accomodating staff. I will be back.

5 stars for Emily being able to work her hair magic! This is the second time I've booked online and she was the only bright spot in that process. She can work miracles and trust her on products. As far as booking an appointment, you are much better off going old school and using your phone to call in. If your appointment isn't confirmed via a real phone call, you don't have a booking anyway. This place is *family* friendly, wink wink.

This place is soooo relaxing. The staff are super professional. I was experiencing some back pain when I went in, that was not the case anymore when they were done. The place was very clean , the atmosphere was therapeutic, and they listen to your needs. Very upscale place to visit. I recommend this place for personal relaxation or even couples sessions.

Spa on Penn was awesome! Very relaxing. Massage and mud wrap were both excellent. The environment is very conducive to renewing and releasing tension.

Serene and calming experience. Quite a small boutique, yet still full service. I was amazed at all they had to offer in this small footprint of the spa. Hydrotherapy bath was nice, albeit a half hour gets a bit long. My massage was enjoyable. The eucalyptus shower after my massage was quite nice. The sauna was small but helped to unwind before the massage. Although in such tight quarters, my experience was quiet and relaxing.
