::THEY WILL LOCK YOUR CAR! This is a very unprofessional garage. They do not post their hours. We parked here because their web page indicates they lock at 11PM and this is not true. We had family visiting with a second car, two kids, and an infant. At 9PM after dinner (and very tired) we went to pick up our cars only to find out the garage was locked. We called every phone number available in the S+P websites to no avail. Do not use this parking lot unless you are able to discuss their hours with someone on site. Did I mention they charged us double fees after they locked us out? AWFUL SERVICE!

::The garage locked my car in and had no warning that the security gate would be closed Sunday morning. Nobody from the company knew the hours of the lot and my call was not returned by "the manager for the location". Luckily after about an hour of being panicked eventually I had an individual that worked in the office building above the garage help me get my car out. Additionally, they changed me $15 when their signage clearly stated the cost was $10 for weekend parking. After a week, I received a very good response and they promised to make right. Apparently they are in the process of improving signage and correcting the billing system. I will add the parking was in an excellent location and appears to be safe/secure. If it wasn't for my major issues, this site would get 5 starts for weekend parking.
