    I've parked here many times when I've had to work at the Capital or Capital Office Buildings (North of Mall.) The elevator dumps you out into a beautiful bldg Lobby. The entrance is by a nice cafeteria. 5 hours was $25 on a Tuesday. There are cheaper Lots in DC but you're paying extra for the proximity. Seems clean and safe enough and there were lot attendants and/or valets on different levels that were very helpful. Only 4 stars due to high price.
