  Dude it's a uncovered parking lot with high parking fees as expected of parking in the downtown area. Although they are not as pricey as some of the lots on Michigan Ave

  Great location. 20 yards from millennium park. Great for bike trips

  Unclear instructions and process. Ticket machine asks for stall number. Stalls aren't numbered. Allows online payment which doesn't give you a ticket but signs say you will be towed without a ticket. Calling help line just directs you to email them which isn't helpful.

  Good parking if you reserve online. You get full day for $11 which is acceptable compared to other locations.
