  Close to two light rail stops, the epicentre, the transportation center and spectrum center. Usually has open spots but holidays and events can get busy as with any other garage. The surface lot behind is good as well, although I'm not sure if it's owned by SP+

  I tried to go to the office during lunch and I was told that I would need to come back later to get a monthly pass. I had no problem returning at a later time, but the parking attendants were extremely rude and talked down to me. There customer service was terrible and I decided against getting monthly parking at the garage.

  I had an eye appointment and entered the wrong parking deck. Since my doctor validates parking, I exited as soon as I realized my error. Unfortunately, I was charged a fee to exit even though I didn't park. The attendant couldn't assist as he said the system was automated. He was very condescending and repeated himself over and over as if I was unable to understand him. He never offered a solution. I eventually paid the fee but called the manager. I got his voicemail and left a message requesting a call back. It's been 8 days and no call was received. I will never park in this deck again due to the bad customer service and I will tell all of my friends, social media contacts, and coworkers at a large uptown office to avoid this parking deck. I gave this one star because zero was not an option.

  Called to ask process of obtaining a parking spot and was given one price and then was given another price when i went to register. a $30 difference in price! manager was very rude and had no interest in the customer (me)
