  We took our international truck here because they specialize in international engines. We've had it in numerous times for other repairs which always end up being mis-diagnosed. We understand that engine work can be trial and error.... But everytime you take your vehicle in? They damaged our hood while in for repair. One of the repairman admitted to this and said it'd be taken care of. Soon afterward we took it in for repair and the repairman Who'd originally broke and said he'd fix it, no longer worked there and they didn't want to claim responsibility. Eventually they agreed to paying 1/2. A year and a half later it's still not fixed. Everytime we have it in for them to replace 4+times now they can't meet their agreed completion date and we're out a days worth of revenue and overhead to pick the truck up again exactly the way we left it. After the miscommunication and deception we are highly hesitant to use or recommend them to anyone.

  This place has the slowest service department, I brought my truck in because of problems too large for me to repair myself, and more involved than a truck stop could fix...after almost a week? It's still being "worked in", in really not sure how the owner/general manager can sit idly by and read these reviews and feel confident about the way the service department runs. I'm a small operation and sitting for almost a week is a major loss. And judging by the fact there's never any replies to the comments. I'm sure these just go unread....this location is never really by choice, but it's closer to where I live rather than going to Irving or Dallas and having it sit out there in danger of being broken into or vandalized, at least, there's a guard at this location. But this is not the place to go if your in a rush.... NOW, after sitting since Friday, 7-6-2017 and being told "we're 4 days out from getting yours in", which would be today? NOW "chris" I'm guessing the manager of the shop? Is saying "well MAYBE" Wednesday....this is a reason to not only avoid an international dealer shop? It really should be a reason to avoid BUYING and international altogether!!!! The worst in service I've ever seen!!!!
