  Chanda told me they could work on my Marathon Coach's air conditioning, no problem. I got to the shop and Wilbur the mechanic didn't even know where the ac was located, didn't know where to plug the coach in, didn't know that he needed to turn the inverters on to run the ac, and just kept telling me to cut holes in the roof and install roof ac. I left the coach with them for two weeks. They never called me to say that they weren't experienced enough to fix it. I tried contacting them for 3 days. They don't even have voice mail. Finally, I had to take it out of their hands and go to Taylor Tours in Anthem, who fixed it in 3 days! Do not take your rv here. There is no excuse for not contacting a customer to let them know the status of your coach. There is something really creepy about this place. Stay away.

  Great This is great family owned RV repair shop, they communicated with us and ordered parts in advance of our appointment and had hook-up spot for us. Very Pleased with our experience
