  This is not Southwest Automotive this is Lab rad diagnostics. I live in Tennessee and start working for them in April. I started working using my own money for gas traveled all over Tn put about 1000 plus miles on my car. These people will not pay me my regular paycheck or my mileage. Its been a month and I still haven't heard back from them. They have filed bankruptcy 3 times and have changed their name 3 times. Just last year they were reliable labs. I feel so uncomfortable because these scamners have my personal information. Labrad will cause you personal distress if you work for them. Please anyone who has real life bills and family I strongly request you not to work for them or use them as a lab. This is completely fraud! I don't know how they legally stand as a company with fake human resource, administration, and supervisors. I think everyone there has a fake name. Anyone that has experienced this call Better Business Bureau of Phoenix Arizona and they will further assist you. This has to stop.

  Southwest Automotive???? This is LabRad Diagnostics. The owner changed the name on Google & is trying to avoid all the horrible reviews, which are all true. Worked for this man for 5 weeks and received one paycheck; some have not even received that. I have proof of his telling me when employees could expect to be paid, yet never followed through. The damage done by not paying employees for work completed has devastated many and no remorse has been shown. After seeing the poor reviews, owner or his representative threatened some with being sued for defamation of character. To be found guilty, that would require those reviews to be lies and all are facts. There are too many of us who can back up all the poor reviews. In my opinion, his or his rep's threat of litigation is a scare tactic so that most of us will stop posting our poor reviews and walk away from what we are rightly owed. Unfortunately this 'business' is in AZ and I am in TN or I would be on the side walk, in front of this 'business', with a sign pacing back and forth for everyone around to see how horrible he treats his employees. If I could give less than one star, I would in a heartbeat!

  This company was the worst I have ever worked for. They low ball the pay to line their pockets and end up not paying thier employees. My co-workers and I have waited over a month to be paid for the 5-6 weeks worth of work. Then threatened us saying they would not pay until our “reviews” of their company have been taken down. I would NOT recommend working for this company to anyone.!! The hardship they have put on so many people is unreal!! The states are AZ, TX, TN and KY

  This is by far the worse company I have ever worked for. They refuse to pay employees, won't respond to text, or emails and they make up employees. I would not work for or use this lab if they was the last lab on earth.
