Horrible customer service, sub par at best with no one taking ownership of the place. Called in a to go order and didn’t get an apology for the wait or inconvenience. Not looking for a handout being a small business owner myself but I WIL NOT BE BACK and will go to the chains instead. 5 guys and Shake shack have way better service standards and take ownership of their mistakes!

Well cooked burger and good fries. It was a good comforting burger. I wouldn't change a thing. Hot fresh and service with a smile.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a mediocre mushroom cheese burger. The French Fries were a little overcooked tasting and looked like they had been cooked with old grease. The restaurant is clean, however. But if you're going to spend $27 on a two Burger and two drink meal with only one order of fries like we did, you'd enjoy the value and flavor much better at Burger King a lot more and not spend as much. The meat seemed to be pre-formed and lacks flavor you would expect in a $7 burger. So if you think you are getting a gourmet burger here because of the real estate, you're going to be very disappointed.

Great service. I had the double cheeseburger with bacon and waffle fries. It was really good, the burger was satisfying hit the spot. However they lost 2 Stars because even though I only had Water they still charged me $2.25, the price of a regular drink. Believe me, I wish I could have a Coke Zero or a sweet tea but I'm trying to cut out excess sugary soft drinks. I doubt I'll return.
