::The location of this branch has become from bad to worse with respect to accessibility and convenience. There is no parking available for their customers in this building. Second, it inside the Federal Building. You have to fall in line and have to go through security which is more stringent than when you go through our airports. On the other hand, the bank is in a more secure place. If it were not for good customer service i would have given this a 1 star.

::Avoid this branch if you can.!!! It is located in a Federal Building and will require you to go through security. Take off you shoes, belt, scanner, etc. All these just to be able to enter the Credit Union. They couldn't have not picked a worst place. I almost forgot, be prepared to wait in line to enter the building, just like going through the airport.

::Terrible customer service from an unprofessional rude staff particularly the teller named "Jason"--a creepy weird guy who will stare and act inappropriately if you are a woman. Beware ladies--he does not seem like the kind of guy you want to have your personal information!
