::After my sons suicide, We had people coming for a memorial. June 2016. Our system was blowing hot air. A guy (TOMMY) came out. Took about an hour. He put freon & a capacitor in. Cost a bit over $200. This year we had to call them again for the same problem. This time Patrick came out. He was here for a total of 1 hour. THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE THE TIME HE LEFT FOR 2 HRS. which we were charged for. The first price he gave was almost $800. We told him we didn't have it so then he changed it to $400. Without any changes!!!!! I called today to see if someone in the office might be able to explain why the work was double when the amount of time was the same. Both repaired a seemingly inexpensive PROBLEM. Both filled it up with freon. The girl answering the phone said she would talk to someone and get back with me. She did, she said the OWNER explained BOTH PRICES were excellent (when clearly one was a better deal) & I was welcome to call other places to get estimates & see for myself. SO THE CUSTOMER WASN'T EVEN WORTH THE TIME TO ANSWER a QUESTION. But apparently I was worth his PERMISSION to spend my day calling around to see his price was best. So I did and the very 1st call gave me a price of $225-$325 depending on where the leak was. The biggest complaint is, my house is still hot so we are going to have to have it looked at again. I just went out to my car thats been sitting off all day and it feels better out there. Thermostat is reading 80 while it's been set on 70 all day
