  I would HIGHLY recommend this company with any plumbing or HVAC project. Me and my family have used them for our rental / investment properties and personal home. Their staff is friend and they are knowlagable, trustworthy & RELIABLE!

  We worked with South Side Plumbing through a restoration company. The initial work performed by SS Plumbing was unsatisfactory. We later had the opportunity to speak with Jake regarding the work performed. SS Plumbing later came back to address/fix some of the issues we discussed.

  I would give them 6 stars if I could. I was selling my home and the buyer found a problem with my sewer line under the street during the inspection (I never had a plumbing problem in the house). It was my responsibility to tear up the entire street in front of the house and replace the line. I had 3 other companies give me estimates for this job and Southside was by far the least expensive (over $20,000) in one case. They were kind, did a fantastic job, and fought with the county on my behalf. They made a terrible situation and financial burden easier to handle. I would recommend this company to anybody!

  Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, very helpful. We had no heat in our home for a couple days. We called Southside plumbing and heating and our heat was restored in a short period of time. The service technician, Rich, was all that I stated above. We were very happy with the service and would recommend this company to any and every one. Thank you so much for your service.

  Extremely unprofessional service. Stay away from this company. They don't complete their service and will leave you hanging. You just receive a bill in the mail for the 'full service' later. Would give 0 stars if possible. I recently used their service to repair a bathroom faucet. The problem was a leaky hot water handle. I'm not sure what the plumber actually did in my apartment since the visit was in my absence. When I inspected the faucet, even the cold water had started leaking. I'm guessing he tried to open it up and broke it in the process. Further, I was told over the phone that the faucet had to be replaced since it is 'unrepairable'. I don't think that the plumber even bothered to open the faucet since the problem was simply a misaligned cartridge. It took me 20 mins of Google search to fix the problem myself later for the hot water faucet. But the problem with the cold water leaking still remained now! Meanwhile, I was assured that the replacement faucet parts will searched and ordered. I made 6 calls over the span of a week - every time I was told I will call back. Never received a call. Just received a bill in the mail at the end of the week. They take your CC info upfront before making the appointment - so you're out of options. I'm hoping my credit card company will help me here. Stay away from them.
