  !!! I called at 5:10PM on 4/14 to set appointment for service. Spoke with a barber who said They would be there until 6pm(advertised closing time) I get there at 5:20 pm and place is already closed. Lost a good customer!

  No frills, no nonsense barber shop. Owner is cool and friendly. SSBC lacks the mess that tends to plague Black barber shops such as gang ties (including those accursed biker clans that rip though our neighborhoods in expensive toys but can't be bothered to do any actual service for the community) and shallow gossip.
