  STAY AWAY!! Condescending and unprofessional staff If you must go to this dealer, please stay away from two faced Gil Machado, you should ask for *literally* anyone else. I was very interested in purchasing a used car from this dealership. I spoke to a salesman, Gil Machado who started out being super nice and helpful...at first. We set up an appointment for me to come in and checkout a few of the cars I was checking out so I could go for a test drive, everything up until this point was great. I wound up purchasing a different car from somewhere and gave him the heads up that I would have to cancel our meeting so I wouldn't waste his time and be considerate towards him. This guy winds up constantly emailing and berating me asking me all kinds of questions, basically insinuating that I didn't actually buy a car (which I had already insured an registered) or that I still need to go to him to buy another one because we had an appointment and he was expecting the money from the sale! This was just so unprofessional and I was so glad that I didn't spend any of my money at the place, it really shows how they see their customers (or potential customers), everyone is just a number to these people. I advise everyone reading this to avoid this place like the plague, you can do better elsewhere and I hope you don't let your hard earned money get stolen at this "business"

  I purchased a new Sportage from South Shore Kia and it was truly the easiest process and least stressful buying experience I've ever had. If you go there see Stuart! He's a true professional. He is knowledgeable about the cars he sells and he is an unassuming person that is truly a sincere and down to earth salesman. There was no pressure at all, unlike other car dealerships. Thanks again Stuart!!!

  I am giving them 1 star for maintaining a clean dealership. However their used cars are not clean at all. One of the used cars that we purchased started giving trouble within weeks from purchasing i.e. check engine, brakes etc. Went to look for a replacement, found another used clean car but was missing parts, rust brakes and rotors and worn tires. The dealer said it is what it is, take it or leave it. Don't go here for used cars. Can't really say about Kia cars themselves or buying / leasing a new car so please don't use this review for that. It is strictly buying a used car and if you do, have an independent professional check it.

  Best car buying experience I've had. Friendly, low pressure staff- sales manager Andrew couldn't have been nicer and sales person Diego somehow turned the anxiety of car shopping into a fun hour or so! Totally knows his cars and answered all my questions without trying to sell me. I was happy and relieved that things went as easy as they did. Oh- and the Soul is a great ride (especially with the 6 speed manual!). All good- thanks fellas!

  I purchased a vehicle from South Shore Kia last week and the entire experience was terrific and seamless. Stuart was extremely helpful during the entire process and made it super easy for me to get in and out without a hassle. Make sure you ask for Stuart as his attentiveness and care for each customer makes car buying a pleasure. Thanks again!
