  Service is pathetic and spotty at best. This is what happens when one company has a monopoly over an area: they don’t have to try. Power has been out for 4 hours and counting, but apparently tweets illustrated with cartoon characters makes it right?

  A transformer just blew up outside of my house and there are live wires on fire. I called the emergency number (it is Sunday) and it tells me, "I'm sorry, __ is not available right now!" and redirects to the main menu. This is literally the most important thing they need to be able to provide.

  Service is not good . Every time employee not response call . I disconnect my account in this time employee said we refund deposit amount after one week . But after one month I am not get my deposit amount.
