  The worst experience every my family and I flew in San Antonio with expectations of riding the megabus back the kids wanted to ride a double decker bus, we get to the location 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure to find out it was in a freaking parking lot...:-( now I'm really angry it's hot no covered parking and to find out they moved the location 15 miles away. So I called the number and they don't have a supervisor or corporate office. I spend 90.00 for a fun trip back to Dallas which became a DISAPPOINTMENT not only our family but 15 other people standing and waiting. As I continue to call they hung up on me 5xs to tell me to callback in 10 minutes. Then I kept getting the same ignorant lady by the name of Verecka who doesn't speak English very well. Moral of the story don't fool with megabus its Trash ran by unsupervised ignorant people. #avisrental

  I've taken Megabus several times and I find it to be great value. However, my last trip from San Antonio to Houston and back was different. The bathroom was really nasty. The driver was very unprofessional and made demeaning jokes, locked us in the bus while he unloaded the bags (I didn't even have any) and heavily solicited for tips. If I take another trip on Magabus I hope that I never get him again.

  I've always had a great experience riding Megabus! Admittedly, some of the drop off points seem downright dangerous, but planning can avoid being stuck in an uncomfortable position. Save your money! Take a nap! Read a book! Converse! Enjoy Megabus!!!
