  If i could give this place a negative star i would so Jun 2 my daughter passed away a couple months later my other child was dignosed with willams syndrome i go to seek help start realizing i cant even focus at work so my boss told me to get a accommodation letter here i go thinking well Dr benitez is a professional i walk in the room hes telling everyone how great it is to see them he walks into my room yealling saying how i would need to attemp to hurt myself to get help and how he doesnt belive severe depression is something worth asking for the accommodation letter he start laughing and saying your a adult when i explained my job doesn't accept dr excuses he laughed and said to bad you wanted to come here i didnt call you and told me to grow up and how he would never lose his license over me Dr benitez is the worst and im a single mom almost losing my job for seeking help

  If you love rude front desk staff, rushed visits with your healthcare professional as you share private details about your health, waiting over 1 hour to see said professional after arriving early for your appointment time PLUS no responses to your emails on the portal they direct you to then this is the place for you. They’ve got all of the above and more! But you don’t have to take my word for it- check out the other reviews for them on this and other review sites. Update: Turns out I need to visit an endocrinologist semi-urgently and they insist I use their in-house endocrinologist. That's convenient I think to myself. Sure they say, your appointment is for 8 months out- that's the earliest they can "fit me in". So of course I am now trying to get a referral for a different endocrinologist from them and they're conveniently giving me a hard time to go outside of their network. Their profits are more important than anyone's health. I am doing more damage to my health by staying so that's it, I'm officially done with them.

  No stars for this doctor's office. Good luck getting through and have someone answer the phone. I have tried to get my family to change Drs but they won't. The Drs are good but it their employees is another story. Unprofessional disrespectful and never know anything. I hope they change their system and employees. Point is wouldn't recommend this group to anyone. Sorry.

  If you want the worse service possible go here besides paying everything upfront for my service it was like pulling teeth to get my results that I paid for and kept being told to leave a Voicemail. If I paid for a service upfront I expect the results upfront as well in the alloweted time they provided if things changed they should communicate with you not leave a voicemail and expect a call back

  I wouldn't recommend this Alamo Medical Group clinic to anyone that is very sick. P.A Benites doesn't believe that a person can be that sick. He has no compassion. He accused me of being addicted to dizzy pills & nausea pills. I guess he's never been really sick cause if he has, he would be at least sympathetic towards his patients.
