Don't ever use this bank for a savings account. Incompetent customer service with inept and insuffcient notification practices. The bank sent our money to the state limbo for lost accounts where it is held hostage for two months. A low level employee claimed he had notified us of a 'lack of activity' on the account after leaving one vague answering machine message on our land line and supposedly a letter via usps which was never received. The very next day he had the authority to locked us out of access to our cash for two months.

LOVE this location! All the girls that work behind the desk are so nice and knowledgeable! Great customer service :)

This place discriminates against drivers. Will not give you an auto loan if you work as a driver, regardless of your income.

I went to my credit union to use the change counting machine. I am the treasurer for my local A.A. meeting. there was a total of $76 in change, I have never used this service at the credit union before, even though I have been a customer since the 90's. When the teller asked me if I wanted the money deposited into my account or in cash, I told her cash, that it was for a meeting I go to that I am the treasurer of. She chided me that the coin counter was for personal use. I apologized, and gave her my account information and as she was giving me the money she mentioned Coin Star. It was a crappy customer experience. I was embarrassed. I rarely go into a location, I do most of my banking on the internet. I don't know if all the branches are this way, but I cannot recommend the customer service at the downtown branch.
