::Good solid cycling location! The instructors are always upbeat though sometimes itโs easy to get lost if you are a newcomer and donโt know whatโs going on. Still, a very motivating and intense workout!

::Came here for my first spin class and everyone was so helpful.

::It is amazing! if only it was not so price-y I would be there more often! At least if i could get a monthly membership instead of paying $30 for each day/class!

::I was literally shamed at Soul Cycle... I am not new to spin classes but I was new to Soul Cycle. Having sustained a shoulder injury and being new, I wanted to speak to the instructor prior to the start of class, but a front desk associate set me up on the bike.. The instructor walked in and the class started before I could blink or even talk to him. There was zero warm up and the music was so loud and fast I could not take it. I left after 10 minutes. The instructor called me "new guy" in front of everyone to shame me. The staff was unapologetic, made me shamefully fill out a report and raped me of $20. Definitely not good for the soul. With so much competition - Handlebar and Flywheel to name two in such close proximity... this was not a way to treat a new customer. Be wary before you try this place out.

::SoulCycle was my first experience with spin classes and it has been really great! I took advantage of the new member promotion that gave you 3 classes for $60. The staff is incredibly nice and the two instructors that I had (James and Bridget) were really great at pumping me up and inspiring me to push myself, while sufficiently distracting me from the fact that I was exercising. The facility is walking distance from Back Bay and Copley stations, had good locker and bathroom spaces, and provided little things like spray on deodorant and q-tips. My only hesitation is the $3 charge for the clip in shoes. If you're interested in coming to this location regularly, you definitely should invest in your own pair. Overall, great experience!
