  I just had my taxes done with this business and they were very professional. They answered all my questions. I would recommend this tax business to everyone. The owner is very friendly and easy to talk to.

  I recently got my taxes done here, it's not the same owner from a few years ago, and thank goodness! The new owner was extremely attentive to my situation and managed to get me the max refund! Not only was I happy about the refund, but I was also very pleased with the follow up and communication I received throughout the process. I'll definitely be going back next year!

  last and only time i was there a couple years ago, they never answer the phone after i filed my taxes, never they bother to notify me when i received my taxes at their place. I had to go and chase my taxes return check for more than 2 months. The guys gave a different excuse about why the check wasnt there every single time I was there until one day where the receptionist told me that they needed a signature but months after i filed my taxes with them. I was fustrated and felt this guys had some weird business going on. Well, I went to sign whatever paper they needed me to sign in order to get my taxes back. It turns out the paper they needed me to sign was noting more than my CHECK from the IRS! It was my fist time doing my taxes and I did not know how the process worked when filing taxes. So i signed my check thinking that by signing my check I would get it. It doesnt make sense I know but again it was my first time. So the receptionist told me to come back the next day. I needed my check and I was desperated. I came back and the guy told me they COULDNT CASH MY CHECK :o! I did not authorized no one!
