  WARNING! Absolute rip off. I called late as I had a burst pipe in my rental unit. They responded -- very nice on the phone. They showed up 3 hours late to the appointment the next day and worked for a bit more than an hour to replace a tiny piece of a broken pipe. They charged $457 for a very basic task. They left a huge mess in the apartment, and I have a very unhappy tenant on my hands. When I called them then said the charge $125 assessment fee and $225 per hour -- that is $1925 per 8 hour working day (plus tax). I have a bunch of lawyer and doctor friends and none of them make that much. That is a $500k per year income. They put their address in Fort Green and rip people off. Don't use.
