::Beware using debit or credit cards at Chambers location. Yesterday I used the drive thru. I used my debit card to pay. The girl handed it back saying it was declined. I knew I had plenty of$$ on it, but I figured it was just a technical glitch. So I paid with a credit card. She gave me the credit card and my receipt. Something just didn't seem right so I immediately parked and pulled up my debit card account on my phone. Sure enough the charge was there and on my credit card. I asked to see the manager. The Mexican girl did not seem to understand my problem that I was charged on both cards. At first she said I would have to come back in a few days, after they had run their books. I said no I want a refund now. A few minutes later a guy asked if I needed help. I explained the situation to him and and showed him my account info. After several more minutes of arguing I finally got a cash refund But it was very flustration and they acted like I was lying or something and that they didn't know what I was talking about. I got the feeling that this was somehow intentional on their part. I won't be going back and IF I do I will make sure I use cash

::Fun time! This is a great place to take the kids. The chicken fingers are always a hit and the desserts are super yummy. This particular Sonic was good. I feel like I would have had a better experience if I spoke Spanish. Ordering was a little difficult, but the staff was super nice and tried very hard to please. The order was fast and correct! Total wait time for a 5 person order was 6 minutes.

::Yesterday, I experienced the manager at the drive thru completing the order of the car behind me first when I arrived at the window first. There were only 2 cars in line. I was unhappy with this experience, and returned to speak with the manager about my experience, and return the breakfast burrito. After speaking with the manager, and getting my money back - I am certain I will never return to this location. The manager was not unpleasant, but the fact that this happened - and it was the manager that was at the drive thru window; I will not be patronizing this location!

::I have missed feelings about Sonic. I think I would like it a lot better if they used different fryers for their sweet and savory dishes. Nothing worse than biting into a chicken strip that is oddly sweet.
