  Visited this Sonic a couple days ago, and their product is just fine. We wanted hot dogs for dinner, so I drove to the Sonic and picked up 4 dogs and one order of fries. Got home, and the fries were completely missing. No problem, I'll just call them and have them refund that part of my order. Got a team member who transferred me to the manager, and the manager immediately told me that she could not refund my order. I can test it that the fries were missing, I'm not asking for refund of the whole order or for another item, I just want the $3 back. She then told me that if I wanted it, I would have to drive back to Sonic to pick up some cash and coins. First problem with that, is that I live almost 10 miles away from the Sonic. I stopped there because it was on the way home. Driving that far just to pick up $3 and some change is completely useless, and I asked her again to just refund order on the card. She told me that she could not do that, and that she would put my name down so that I could pick up the cash whenever I wanted to. That's still didn't work for me, and I told her that if I came back, she would have to compensate me with an item. She refused, and I got even angrier. I asked her again to just refund the order on the card and she told me that she could not do that. She said that if that's what I wanted, I would have to talk to her general manager. I then asked when I would be able to speak with her, and she said that she would be out for the next couple of days. This conversation was going compensation for my trip and my troubles, I would really be angry and cause a scene. She finally agreed to give me a hot dog, and the missing fries. Nothing wrong with the food, or the team as a whole, but the management is absolutely terrible.

  Ordered our food and it took a while, they forgot to bring out a shake. Asked about it at the half hour mark and they said it would be out soon. Asked again at the 50 minute mark same response. Finally got it after over an hour and it was completely melted. Best part, I had to go back and make a fuss over it being melted. Not hyperbole. Ordered at 11:53, got my shake at 1:05.

  Took about 20 min get acknowledged. Once my order was being taken, lady who was taking my order was rushing me. Food was pretty good, but it will take a lot to go back.

  Tbh, the only reason I give this place 3 stars is because their employees who take the orders are RUDE. After the screen upgrades, the orders are taken in a timely matter and I love how you're able to pay with your card using the screen. Super efficient. The screen also lets you know the progress of your order. The employees who bring out the food to you are 9/10 times really sweet, atleast in my experience. I just don't understand why the employees who take your order are so rude. They cut you off mid order, assume you're done ordering after just asking for one item, and for some reason have zero patience. Regardless, this is the closest Sonic to me so I won't stop visiting. I love their popcorn chicken, tater tots, and their shakes. Their banana cream pie and pineapple shake are the absolute best. Plus they have awesome happy hour specials!

  This place is excellent. No matter which location you attend to, the food and drink service will be incredible. This location took some time and forgot a straw, but balanced it out with being even better than it's sister franchises. They are also not salt-heavy, even on their tater tots, so it is absolutely fine for low sodium people. Overall, it is a good restaurant, and perfect if there is one next to you after going to whatever activity (example: Laser Quest)
