  Drive thru cashier couldn't get order right and held up line for over 30mins

  We stopped by last night around 815 p.m. to try their half off shakes, etc... After hitting the button and waiting for 15 minutes, we finally got to order. In that 15 minutes, we were accosted by not 1, but 3 separate homeless men demanding money. Very aggressive. The poor kid delivering the food was great, but was clearly overwhelmed (not getting any help)! The homeless guys were going car to car demanding money, and trying to intimidate people, all the while drinking beer and liquor in the open. Finally, after 25 minutes, we get our drinks, and 2 of them are wrong. But at this point we just wanted to leave bc we were so frustrated and concerned we could be robbed at any minute. Sad, bc we used to love this Sonic, but we will NEVER be back. And, I don't recommend it to anyone. Super slow service, unsafe environment, and consistently get the order wrong. It was just a butter finger shake, diet cherry limeade, and an iced tea... Until they staff properly, get rid of the aggressive homeless people, and make the orders correctly. I would ACPID this place AT ALL COSTS!!!

  I use to come to this sonic not no more I was placing my order for my daughter and I was done with my daughter order and she just end my order . Like really so I’m not coming here any more I prefer to go spend my money somewhere else than here

  I've always had a smiling face greet me, even though they know I've already paid with a credit card and aren't expecting a tip. So I overtip and really through 'em off. Only for smiling faces, which this place has a lot of.

  The drinks are always good but you have to be there at the right time to get food that isn't cold or soggy or that takes a long time. And unfortunately there's no real way to tell whether or not it's going to be good so I've just decided to not get food from this Sonic
