  Was there for almost 20 mins at drive thru but other than that food was great and staff very friendly

  This wait is redicoulus. I've done asked them twice what the hell is going on. Excuses each time. Hot as hell in the waiting area. Definitely will not stop again and about to just leave without order

  It fast food that doesn't taste very good in my opinion but all the employees I've interacted with were beyond nice

  Consistently slow delivery (10+ minutes is common, even during 'slow' periods with small orders). Orders are regularly made incorrectly. Blasts seem to rarely have any candy in them but are topped with a bit of candy to make them *appear* full (see photo for an example). Recently watched as an employee picked up a stack of styrofoam cups off the floor and put them back up onto the holder they had fallen off of (to be used for customers). Have lived nearby this place for several years and given it various opportunities to improve over time. Employee turnover is very high. The few employees that seem to have stayed are all very nice, but management appears to have given up on improving this location. Will not be returning here again. Strongly contemplating reporting this location to corporate.

  Really slow, seemed chaotic. I had a simple order, 6 mozerella sticks. The order taker only knew small, medium and large, not marked on the menu. Finally was able to convert the order then waited about 20 minutes to get them. Relative to other locations of this chain, I rate this one pretty low.
