  I got a huge apartment with brand new high end appliances. Beautiful high end furniture. Great views. Digital check in/check out. I booked directly through the sonder app and stayed here a week so I got an extra 25% off. Cannot believe how cheap this place is for such a huge, amazing apartment. Wow!

  Stayed at Sonder for a work conference. The place was decent but the rooms were super small. I expected something slightly larger. It was almost like a hotel listed as an airbnb. Not sure why they don't offer any kind of television. We didn't even have a smart TV for streaming Netflix. It was fun looking out the windows enjoying the city of Chicago, but you do have a clear view of the prison. Not a big deal though!

  3 adults and 3 kids, apartment spacious and clean. Couldn't ask for any more on our visit. Great kitchen area, full of mod cons. Rooms grand size for our needs. Showers and bathrooms perfect. Location perfect for everything a 15-20 min walk. Only downside is the windows could be more insulated from cold and noise. I'd say during coldest months you would really feel it. Also with a fire station close by sometimes it felt they were driving through living room..no need for the whaling sirens at 4am...thats not sonders fault.. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

  We were a group of 7 adults and 2 child, stated there for 4 nights. We booked the most spacious apartment. Firstly, the bathroom doors don't lock, so beware of people or children walking in on you. The air conditioner in one room just didn't work. My sister as trying to contact support for a while and they respond very untimely sometimes and called really late at night. The searing in the living is not enough for even 4 people. It was difficult to hangout with full family there. The common rooftop area was nice. The location was convenient from the other attractions.

  Good value, very clean, great showers, and good location. Very near Grant Park, Museums, all within 15-20 min walk. We even walked to Millenium park where the Bean is and along the Michigan Lake Shore. Nice sushi place right next to it. Three bedroom/3 bathroom suite was convenient for us. We were three friends with our daughters so we had each our own bathroom. Living room could use another sofa, especially for a 3 bedroom apartment. We’re stayed there three nights during Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed it. Kitchen was very nice and with sparkling kitchen appliances, pans, etc. nice touch with the extras too. We were able to store our luggage in the lockers for free for a few extra hours. We made our own breakfast and one morning went to the rooftop to eat it while girls played ping pong there. Customer service on the phone was prompt and helpful. I didn’t like that two bedrooms (next to living room) had an open wall area a few feet above the door to the ceiling, we could hear my friend making coffee early morning so if you’re sensitive to noises it’s not a great idea. I would still recommend if you choose the South loop and are there only a few nights.
