  (-star)i never post anything...but today !!!Such f#@king horrible service, i paid over 35$ plus left a good generous tip ,i told them specifically to vacuum the back of my suv truck and last row of the truck, so when i left the car wash thinking they did their job I come to find out it was left un vaccum again(half ass work)!! Yes again!!!...because it happen my first time encountering this place ,i didn't realize it until I reach my other destination which was in queens if not then i would of return and gotten my money back asap!!! ,i wouldn't think i had to check on them again...wow never again..your most definitely right its "some guy" car wash..its not the first time I heard about the rush they put on cars just to move them out...

  This place scratched my brand new rims- we went there and the owner said "thats impossible" took my husbands # and never called. People suck- #hellosmallclaims Not even a week old 😤

  These guys are the worst, they always pick on the taxi cars n don’t clean them good, they don’t use brush to clean it well n it messes up the paint on the car, Iv told them a lot n still keeps happening didn’t want to leave a bad review but they deserve it, avoid if u can people, it’s not a place u want to go to. Every time Iv complaint the management didn’t bother listing to wht I had to say. U can look at the car they washed it and it’s still dirty like u haven’t even touched it, this place sucks they don’t care about there customers. If I could move that 1 star I would like to.

  I have a brand new car that I would want to keep nice and clean. So I decided to opt in to taking it to this car wash. I drove in and saw the last package that gets you everything plus some other stuff and I chose it. I usually keep my interior clean but the rubber mats I have we're all dusty due to the salt from the snow days. I noticed they weren't fully clean, they were spotty. It was included in the package and for nothing. Then I was told my car was clean and ready to go. I decided to inspect it and I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! I saw my car had so many salt spots on the bottom trims and on some spots on the doors. The rear door near the bottom had streaks from dirt/clean. The tires were half cleaned and soaked in tire shine. I open the door to see my interior and I just couldn't even deal. It was soaked in whatever shine liquid they use and I was shocked to see the guy use the same cloth from the outside to clean the inside WTH. my dad decided to speak up and say that my car wasn't clean and the guys excuse was "the machines aren't working". I decided to just get in my car and leave. I ended up cleaning my car after. I spent $37 to get someone to start the cleaning and half ass it. Smh! Don't recommend them.

  Updated- new ownership at the deer park location you guys need to turn on the heat always cold since new ownership. I come to this car wash maybe every 3 days I just got there monthly pass which I love cause I can go anytime I want. They do an awesome job most of the times. Vacuuming needs to improve thy do leave the dirt under the mats sometimes but i usually keep my car clean from the inside so it isn't that bad. Thanks Mr. Some Guy. I do recommend all my friends and family here.
