  Very poor policy on returns and they do not write the desciption of item you purchase in detail so that they can cover up the quality they have sold you. They are trained well to deceive and get angry when you call them out. Do not purchase anything without researching because they do exchage only even though the seller tells you that you can return the merchandise. Also watch what you are signing because they act friendly to gain your trust and then you don't pay attention to their scam. Will never use them again.

  Took my wedding set in for cleaning and had the pleasure of working with Charles, he was very informative and extremely professional. I had created a picture in my mind as to what I would get upon receiving the pieces back, however, Solitaire surpassed my expectations. I think it's even more shiny now that the day I first got it. I also had the pleasure of meeting Richard who also sold me a few lovely pieces, and very flexible withe the price. Great service, great results and outstanding staff. A winning recipe for a satisfied customer . Give them a try, you won't regret it!
