We have been in a few times the food has always been good and drinks taste great. When ordering at the counter the ladies aren’t very talkative or friendly whether it’s busy or not but it is what it is. I am not at the spot to make friends I guess but it would be nice to be a little friendly or smile. It’s in a great location right downtown near all the shops. Overall the place is a great place to chill and have a drink and a snack.

I came here to try a different coffee spot then they let the folks behind me go ahead because they forgot they told me they’d be with me in a second (there was only 3 people in line and it was not busy at all). When I went to order a lavender latte they got my order wrong and when I got to my car, I realized it was just a regular latte. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Not my favorite place. My partner let it known that the folks behind us skipped in front of us and they didn’t acknowledge the statement. For almost 8 dollars I should’ve stopped by Starbucks. My first “1” star coffee spot review.

A nice cozy cafe in downtown. I liked how they did not ask for any tip. We ordered Pumpkin Latte with Cinnamon and Nutmeg powder. Nice flavour and smooth coffee with a nice view of the Bijou Street.

I really enjoyed their New Yorker Bagel (pictured). It was very fresh and all around delicious. I also enjoyed their Chai latte (with 2 shots of espresso) so much that I grabbed another for the road. Solar Roast is a fun place to just sit and soak up downtown, especially if it is nice enough to sit outside. They also have a unique, impactful mission, using solar energy to roast their coffee. Grab a bag of coffee to take home and enjoy even longer!

Great atmosphere, tasty ☕️ We just made coffee to go, but definitely should try one of the brownies or cookies. The ladies were super nice 😊 You can grabe coffee to grind
