  These guys did great . My wait time in a new machine was 2 weeks they worked extra hours and got it done in two day . Good job guys !!

  I bought a Cowboy 4500 Industrial Heavy Leather Sewing machine from Solar Leather and my buying experience couldn't be better. Initially I was just going to have the unit shipped to my house, but Alexander on the phone expressed that he really prefers I come pick it up so that he could spend some time with me and demonstrate how the machine works. So I actually drove from Georgia to Texas to go pick it up. I showed up on a Friday morning a few minutes before they even opened up and I was immediately impressed, staff was already there and cracking (answering phones, preparing shipments, packaging, ect.). The shop looked clean and organized, and everyone appeared very busy however they right away acknowledged me. Alexander spent a couple of hours showing me the ins and outs about the machine, with incredible detail. We actually did some sewing on the exact machine that I was buying with different leather thicknesses. His staff broke down the machine and prepared it for transport with incredible care and handling and loaded it in my truck. The guys couldn't be any nicer, what a great staff. Alexander seemed very down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease to ask any question I wanted no matter how silly it was. I would definitely recommend Solar Leather! I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

  I started my custom boot shop with the 4500 sewing machine, the 16 ton clicker machine, and a strap cutter in April. I was a new business owner. Didn't have the knowledge or experience to know the difference in machines. They took the time to walk me through the process. Recommended different options. I felt comfortable with my decisions. Purchased the machines. All the machines are very strong and dependable. Solar Leather is not a sell you a machine, take payment, game over. They support their products. Go above and beyond with customer service. The instructional videos are a great resource. I can call them anytime for any issues.

  these guys rock. Excellent customer service and Alexander really knows how to setup a machine to work correctly. Would highly recommend.
