  Excellent location if you here in Chicago for a short time (it’s right by magnificent mile). You can walk to anywhere. Room is well decorated and the entrance lounge is super pretty! There is a bar on the first floor and it’s a nice chilling place. My bf and I ordered a drink for each. There’s complimentary snack to go with drinks (nuts, olives, etc.). Overall great experience.

  Real nice luxury hotel in great area near red line. Room on the smaller size but very quiet. Bed not the best. Big TV in hi-def. Good internet included. All the amenities expected of luxury hotel except for pool.

  Great hotel, clean, well located and great price. Check-in service was easy and quick. Love the free grab-n-go coffee and croissants in the morning. Also liked the fact that foregoing a day's cleaning went toward F&B credit so I got breakfast smoothies too. Definitely recommend and will come back!

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... One of the best hotels to stay at in Chicago. I spent my birthday weekend here and it was phenomenal. The front desk woman was incredibly welcoming and nice. Our room was perfect for two. They even brought up a birthday surprise for me. The hotel was clean and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. They really made my birthday stay enjoyable.
