  Enjoy walking downtown Long Beach in this area and has constantly been watching the progress of the new complex really enjoy the neighborhood

  My wife and I enjoyed the year we stayed at Sofi @ 3rd! The apartment was very modern an updated. The staff was nothing short of professional. Jason the assistant manager consistently went above and beyond to make sure every request was handled promptly. Sabrina the assistant also was nice, caring and very helpful. Lastly, the maintenance team was great and had an extremely fast response time which we really appreciated. My wife and I had to move so I can be closer to work but we’ll definitely miss the staff and neighbors at this awesome apartment!
