  Couldn't have had a better experience at this location. I had an appointment time and was called within 5 minutes after check in. The person who helped me was Mr. Murphy. He was very professional and answered every question I had. It was also great to speak with someone who spoke English as their primary language. My biggest problem was finding parking.

  I have a good experience in this ss office. I solved my replacement of the card and the workers were did their job very well.

  I had submitted a request for reconsideration and when I received my confirmation letter along with it I also received a 2 page letter front and back of another lady with her ssn, birthdate, alias names who she had been married to and health information. I am amazed of how careless a government office can be!! I just wish it had her phone number on it because I certainly would have called her because I'm pretty sure that's a lawsuit waiting to happen!!

  Waited almost two hours to drop off paperwork that was requested by the office and was told they did not have time to make copies of my original court documents. I work and have to take time off to go there and now have to go another day and try again. Maybe have someone that can answer questions so that people don't waste time.
