::They are simply the best! I purchased a watch a few years back. Nothing terribly expensive, but I really like the black dial and the big & easy to read numbers. A couple of moths ago I broke the glass & commented to a friend that I would miss that watch as I really liked it. My friend told me: - "Take it to the store & get it fixed." I am so glad I did so. They not only changed the crystal, they also cleaned it, replaced the gasket and polished the case & the band. When I saw it, I could not believe; It just looks brand new. These are genuinely nice people & I really like them. Thank you!

::Thank you Snow's Jewelers for always being so accommodating, and service oriented. I left the gift purchasing to the last minute, was in a pinch, and Snow's helped me out. Even though Snow's was in the middle of moving their store, and was supposed to be closed, Judy and Eddie opened the store, and unpacked a beautiful selection of estate jewelry for me to look at. I, of course, found something fabulous, and just the right thing for the occasion, at a great price. (Snow's not only has a wonderful selection, but also a well curated selection.) And they stand behind their products. If my gift hadn't been well received, the recipient could have brought it back to the store and exchanged it for something that was more their taste, so I felt comfortable with what I was buying. I am a knowledgeable and experienced jewelry buyer, and I know the items at Snow's Jewelers are good quality, and a great price. Add that to their stand up customer service, and it is no surprise that they have been in business almost 40 years! Thanks again! I'll be back.
