  First I knew Brighton location, it was good store with nice customer service, then I moved to Bensonhurst. I tried Snowimage on 86th street couple of time and was badly surprised to face the bad attitude and the worst customer service. There is a young Uzbekistan lady, who calls herself manager (with my best regard to Uzbekistan people), was very disrespectful to me with no reason and then started to discuss me loudly with another customer in half Russian, half Farsi. It is pity but this location will have only counted days to exist with that type of customer service.

  Be careful about the prices!!! Check the website for prices bc the lady at the store will charge you $100 more then the actual price on the jackets!!! Just for this reason I will not shop with them no more! She over charged me on the jacket then checked website and was 100 dollars cheaper.

  Poor quality and u cant return it back, they dont give u refund. I dont recommend.
