  The place is located not too far from EWR airport. Checking in is a seamless process as long as you have your print out reservation. Once your car is checked in they will shuttle you to terminal. Overall process with dropping car and getting to airport is about 20 minutes. Getting back the trick is to use their txt service or call them as soon as your at the carousel pick up with luggage. The longest I had to wait was 10 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. So far I have used them 3 times with no issues to my car or service. Overall pretty happy and they make it easy.

  It took forever to get my car! To be fair, there was only one person retrieving the vehicles, but it was a nuisance after a day of flying across the country. Prices are fair and the service was good though. The girls at the front desk were helpful and polite despite being obviously busy and overworked.

  BEWARE OF SNAP PARKING...THEIR DRIVERS WILL SNAP! My husband and I were appalled by our recent experience with Snap. We have been customers for years and recently we took our 5-month baby on a family trip and came back to a horror story. After waiting for 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up (already unacceptable), we finally got into the shuttle and began to install our infant's car seat. Within minutes, the driver took off without checking to see if our baby was secured in the vehicle. My husband called out to stop the vehicle and the driver made an abrupt stop illegally between lanes and jumped out to VERBALLY THREATEN AND ASSAULT us. We were honestly in fear that he would harm us and our baby. When we finally made it back to the parking lot, he refused to help us with our bags, stroller, and other items. I talked with management and demanded that he receive disciplinary action as he was clearly unfit and mentally unstable. However, to my surprise, management was unsympathetic and only gave us lip-service. They promised to handle this matter and brushed me off when I called follow-up. I have yet to hear from them. Forget the fact that SNAP has horrible service and a horrible staff... but now you must literally fear for your safety. TO ALL PARENTS - do not trust them with your children's lives.

  We used it first time - all went perfectly fine, the shuttle bus came 10-15 minutes after we called for it after our arrival...

  This is fast and cheap and only a few blocks away from my job they also keep the parking lot very clean and the staff there this pretty cool.
