  Stan is always polite, professional, and goes out of his way for the customer. Stan is never pushy due to the Snap-On brand having a reputation for quality, made in America and sells themselves. The great customer service and man behind the van makes for a great overall experience each time.

  Stan is THE Snap-On guy to go to in Alaska. Big ol truck full of pretty much anything you need. Great customer service and great tools. Once you you walk into this truck you get stuck in a loop because you just keep buying tools. Then you buy a toolbox. Then you go to make a payment and get free candy. sometimes you win a cool RC truck that is super fast and can probably break your door....Then you go back to tell him how fast it was and you end up buying more tools. Its ok though because now you have the best tools in the shop which makes you the king. When you are the king you get what you want...which means buying more tools. 10/10 would give him my wallet again.

  This is a mobile business. My shop is not part of a regular Snap On route. However, any time I need a tool, I can contact Stan, and he will setup a time and place to meet. I appreciate the large on-hand inventory he stocks on his truck and he has always had what I needed or was willing to get it quickly.
