  Great place to work out! The equipment is very high quality and well-maintained. Sanitary facilities are top notch. Staff is very friendly and eager to help.

  Love the 24/7 access. It gives you the liberty to work out when you please, at your own pace. Staff is great and the equipment is brand new

  Love this gym! So happy they opened! Clean, not super crowded, and Eric and Nicole are always helpful and pleasant.

  It's great to have a new place to work out in Tarrytown. The equipment is new, the staff is friendly and I love that I can work out any time of day. They also give you a free personal training session when you sign up. I can't wait to try a boxing session!
