  I purchased a torch lighter from here about a month ago and it worked great.. until I lost it. I'm here to buy a new one and online it says they open at 9am on Sunday. It's currently 9:15a and the door is still locked. This place needs to be better with their service.

  My wife buys an 8$ butane torch from rich! A week later it doesn't work. I walk in and asked if he would exchange it. I wanted the 26$ ZICO one instead. He made a rather big deal and I gave him a $20. Two days late IT stopped working. RICH SAID I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TORCHES. No Rich I have a problem not reading reviews. Here's a picture of all the junk I buy from clowns like this. Looks me in the eye and tells me I am lying. I'm not compromising my honesty for $20 RICH. If I did it would not be to YOU.

  If I could give them a 0 star I would. Without a doubt the most disrespectful business owner I've dealt with in my life. Simply looking to purchase a butane torch and was asking for his advice. Instead he got extremely hostile and defensive. He then proceeded to chase us out of his store as if he was going to fight us before his co-worker held him back.
