  I have used this place twice in the last 3 years. I had thought they were very kind and compassionate business that by all accounts understood how much we love our pets and are heart broken when the times comes to say goodbye. I was leaving my vets office this past wednesday and observed a man throwing garbage bags very carelessly in the back of his truck! He had dropped a few on the ground while he opened the cover on truck bed and then once it was opened he picked them up and threw them hard into his bed! I couldn't believe what I had just witnessed, the place that I had entrusted my fur babies to and had assumed that they would handle their final journey with the love and dignity they deserved! I was sadly mistaken, shame on you for treating those animals like trash as you were tossing them in your truck!!! You have broken a very sacred trust that I had placed in you, and I will NEVER send anymore of my pets to you again!!!

  This place and people took care of my Nellie, they did everything and more than I expected.my Nellie was with me 18 years and they handled her passing with respect and Care. Thank you

  This company is simply amazing and Nicole and Roger or the most compassionate folks when it comes to you fur babies when the have to cross the rainbow bridge has my baby kurt did i dont know what i would have done if it wasnt for all thier help thank you so much for all that you did for me and my fur baby.

  Had my 14 year old buddy cremated at smoke rise farm and could not be any more happier. Thank you for your help in my time of need and thank you for the sympathy card. God bless.

  I wasn't there or anything, but given the reviews I felt pretty comfortable. When I said I wanted my pet cremated, I was faced with his passing so I wasn't in the condition to ask too many other questions. Upon reading the reviews, I was very relieved. It took a week to get my cat back, but the certificate said he was cremated the day after he passed. Hopefully that's accurate and I have no reason to believe otherwise. Either way, I think they did a good job and I'm pleased with their professionalism and they way they handled it. Thanks, guys.
