  Went in and the Customer Service is Super negative. I was the onely customer there @ the time. I asked the desk employee Henry a few questions and he had a stand off adittude and kept shrugging his Shoulders.Very rude I will not repeat my Business!

  We went there and guy was sitting in car no one was waiting and guy tells us that it will be 10,20,30,40 minutes. Mind you there was no one waiting. Kind of obvious he didn't want our business. Yes it an older vehicle so it's not just a plug in and done but if you are that lazy maybe you should work some where else. Really hope the management talks to this employee who had nothing to do!! Will never go back there or recommend then to anyone. Not to mention the OPEN sign was off!!!!Poor customer service

  Friendly people, but they don’t turn on the open sign which is very misleading. Sat around waiting thinking they were low staffed and on a lunch.

  I stopped by Smog 'N Go, after my oil change at Firestone, the service was great and above par. It took less than 10 minutes to complete the smog check, the staff was professional and friendly, and I ended up donating to their "Make A Wish" fund raiser, because of their fast, friendly, and professional service.

  Always very fast and courteous. Every time I brought my car in for a smog check I've been done and out the door in 10 minutes. I always come back to this place.
