  They were very helpful to me when my car shut off outside of their shop before getting a smog check. Super nice staff who give helpful service. I couldn’t thank them enough.

  I own six cars, and until recently, I always had my smog certifications, done by Smog Diagnostics. I am now unable to take most of my cars to them. Apparently The DMV is expanding their list of vehicles requiring "TEST ONLY", because my cars that didn't require "TEST ONLY", now do. Maybe lobbying, or greed by "Test Only Stations". If Smog Diagnostics becomes "TEST ONLY", I will immediately be back,

  They are fine for newer cars. I have a older diesel truck and they apparently don't do enough diesel trucks to know what is legal. They failed my truck twice and when I took it to my mechanic who specializes in diesel trucks, I was told that my truck was fine. I took it to a shop that dose more trucks and it passed with no problem. I now take my cars and my truck just up the street.
