I love shopping at Smith's. I get good prices and gas points. I use my app and makes things simple.

Very pleasant store to visit. I was in and out quickly and received great assistance. Thank you Kris at the self checkout.

Tonight was weird. I always have a great experience here but that changed when an old grouchy woman (who typically works in self checkout) stared me down almost like an angry tiger does with their prey, vigorously pointed at me while grabbing the security guard and other employees (whom also looked like they weren't hugged enough as kids) and acted like they thought I was stealing and were about to send in a crew to arrest me! I said good night to the security guard who just rolled his eyes at me, looked like he wanted to hurt/ power trip me then without responding or even giving a polite nod, he shook his head and wrote down things about me and the time I was leaving. Mind you, I'm a loving young woman who doesn't steal, I'm not a criminal, and I'm very approachable and open to conversation. I know, they are just trying to do their jobs but I feel like if they think something is up than come talk to me instead of being really rude and making me feel very unwelcome and demonized in a place that I just helped pay for. I would have happily showed them my receipt if given the opportunity to clear up the extreme animosity and rudeness that they so blatantly, and easy projected. I can't even imagine what a dark man might experience in this place! Good luck fellow shoppers!

I went in for a chicken, they are on sale for .69 a lb. No chicken in sight. No thighs, no drumsticks, 1 whole chicken @1.19 a lb. Very disappointing. This was meant for the store on Yale and coal. The constitution smith's is a lovely place. Always a wonderful experience. I went in today and the floral shop was absolutely stunning. Cindy is doing the best job ever. I loved her display today, so colorful and not one thing out of place.
