  Good selection, clean store, friendly/ helpful employees(at least on my visit :) overall...a nice store to shop. A little pricey on some items....but.....if you want to get all your shopping done at once, that's the sacrifice

  As someone that is well traveled ( retired military family), that has been in the hospitality industry for most of my life I have never experienced such a trashy grocery store in my life. Dealing with customer service representative/employees is a joke. This is my second time complaining about this location they have shopping carts that are broken that when you drive them down the aisle there so loud people stare you, you would think that they would discard these carts and get new ones this grocery store makes tons of money specially in this location because there’s not a lot of grocery stores in this area. It clearly states for the children coming out of school that they are not allowed to bring their backpacks but there’s been a couple of occasions where I’ve seen kids especially today have backpacks on and I have also witnessed kids stealing from this location you wonder why ..... The management I have spoken to on more than one occasion( pretty sad). Today I asked Leroy for corporate‘s number and instead he was smart and then when I got smart back with him he told me he was just kidding but I was not in the mood for kidding. People that shop here spend their hard earned money they deserve to have clean shopping carts with the trash discarded the parking lot looks like a dump site for trash you would think that the employees that gather the carts would clean out the trash out of the shopping carts & throw it away so that you have proper carts for your customers. I’ve had to remind employees that they have spills on the ground which IS A HUGE NO NO,( no yellow caution slip signs) if someone’s slips and falls then guess who’s getting sued but apparently that doesn’t seem to be a big issue for this location. Doing self check out is a reward for the store because people can do it themselves ( without having to pay employees) but when your SOFTWARE IS NOT UPDATED that you have to wait to scan each individual item and you have the message “ please put in the bag when the item is already in the bag it is very annoying “ this store needs to be secret shopped so that they understand where customer service actually lives, The full experience! Corporate should really make a visit to PUBLIX, where shopping is a pleasure on the East Coast they might learn a thing or two about WONDERFUL customer service! And truly how they’re supposed to treat their shoppers.

  I felt like I was in King Soopers! Easy to find everything and my phone number worked to get me the discounted pricing! Also the employees are super nice and helpful!

  Friendly employees. Fast check-out lanes. Good variety of products. Clean and well organized store. One of the best deli counters in town, for a chain supermarket. Many items always on sale. They seem to work hard at making me feel satisfied with my visit. They even substituted a sale item of which they ran out of, for another comparable item, just to "make good" on the promotion for me, although I can't say that they would do this in all cases.

  Top notch customer service. Chris is the checker I always look for. He's fast and friendly. Every single person that I have met at this Smith's is helpful and smiling. I have only waited longer than 5 minutes in line ONE time in two years and that was the night before Thanksgiving. Even then they had all checkouts going and management were in helping out too. Real teamwork! If I could give them 10 stars they would have it!
